IBERIABANK CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS NOTICE OF YOUR FINANCIAL PRIVACY RIGHTS

The following information applies to your IBERIABANK credit card account issued by Pulaski Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBERIABANK Corporation.

You may have other privacy protections under state laws. To the extent state laws apply, we will comply with them with regard to our information practices.

For Vermont and California residents only. Vermont and California law places additional limits on sharing information about Vermont and California residents so long as they remain residents of those states.

  • Vermont : In accordance with Vermont law, Pulaski Bank will not share information we collect about Vermont residents with companies outside of Pulaski Bank except as permitted by law, such as with the consent of the customer, to service the customer's accounts or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. Pulaski Bank will not share Application Information, Consumer Report Information and Information from Outside Sources about Vermont residents among the Pulaski Bank companies except with the authorization or consent of the Vermont resident.
  • California : In accordance with California law, Pulaski Bank will not share information we collect about California residents with companies outside of Pulaski Bank except as permitted by law, such as with the consent of the customer, to service the customer's accounts, or to fulfill on rewards or benefits. We will limit sharing among our companies to the extent required by applicable California law.

We will tell you the sources for nonpublic personal information we collect on our customers. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that information.

We will also tell you what information we share with other entities. We will explain what your rights are, and how you can exercise them. If you share your account relationship with someone else, for example where you are a co-borrower or joint holder of a checking account, we suggest that you share this information with each other to ensure that each of you are aware of our policy and your options.

We first define some terms.

We, our, and us means Pulaski Bank.

Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.

Affiliate is a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us. Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but means owning enough to have control.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this disclosure we do not disclose any information gathered by our trust department with anyone except as necessary to complete authorized transactions or as required by law.

NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION AND FORMER CUSTOMERS:

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers.

YOUR RIGHT TO BLOCK THE DISCLOSURE OF YOUR NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATIONS:

Affiliates. We are permitted to disclose nonpublic personal information about our transactions or experiences with you to our affiliates. We may also disclose other nonpublic personal information to our affiliates (that is, nonpublic personal information beyond our transactions and experiences with you), unless you tell us to not disclose this other nonpublic personal information.

Nonaffiliated Third Parties. If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the nonaffiliated third parties described in the above section “NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES,” you may opt out of those disclosures.

Your decision to block the disclosure of your nonpublic personal information will apply to all consumer credit card products and services you receive from us.

If you have one or more joint accounts, an opt out instruction given by one participant of such an account will affect all of the accounts of the person who opts out and all information from those accounts about others who participate in those accounts.

Any previous opt out by you will now be applied to all information for which you can now opt out.
