Upon successfully completing the registration process, with each online purchase that you make at a partie Visa and MasterCard programs. Registration is easy and will only take a few minutes to comcipating merchant, you will be asked to enter the Password or SecureCode (dependant on card type) that you created.

How does the program work?

Once registered, shop online with your Pulaski Bank credit card as you normally would. When you enter your Pulaski Bank credit card number at checkout, the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode (dependant on card type) window will appear and prompt you for the Password or SecureCode that you created. Once you enter the Password or SecureCode and click Submit, the checkout process will continue.

The purpose of entering your Password or SecureCode is to confirm your identity, ensuring that the Pulaski Bank credit card is in the possession of the account holder. The information that is used to confirm your identity is not passed on to or shared with the merchant. If your identity cannot be positively confirmed, the participating merchant may not accept your credit card for payment.

How much will I be billed for using this service?
There is no charge for using Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

Isn’t my account already protected?
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are not intended to replace the account protection already available to you. Protection, such as Zero Liability, is intended to protect you once you have become a victim of fraud. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode can actually prevent fraud before it happens.

How do I activate Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode for my Pulaski Bank credit card account?
Please click on either the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode logo (dependant on card type) above and follow the instructions. You may also be prompted to register at participating online merchants during the checkout process.

If I activate Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, will I be limited to shopping at only participating merchants?
No. You will continue to be able to shop at any merchant that accepts Visa or MasterCard. If you make purchases at a merchant who does not participate in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programs, you will be able to complete checkout without using a Password or Securecode.

What will happen if I attempt to make a purchase at an online merchant that does not participate in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programs?
You will be able to complete your online purchase without a Password or SecureCode.

If I register my Pulaski Bank credit card for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, make an online purchase and I am not prompted for my Password or SecureCode, what should I do?
You may continue through the checkout process without entering a Password or SecureCode. It is possible that you are shopping at a merchant that does not participate in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode programs. You may review a list of participating merchants on Visa and MasterCard’s websites.

Can joint Pulaski Bank credit cardholders share the same Password or SecureCode?
No. In order for these products to keep your online shopping secure, we recommend that you do not share your Password or SecureCode with anyone. Each cardholder may register for their own Password or SecureCode.

If my Pulaski Bank credit card number has changed, am I still registered for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode?
No. It will be necessary for you to perform the short registration process for each Pulaski Bank credit card number that you have been issued.
